  • Doctor & Hospital Coordination

abcHEALTH acts as a healthcare facilitator and technology-enabled coordination platform and does not replace direct medical consultation, diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment from licensed healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or are using the services under parental/legal guardian supervision.
  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally authorized to share medical records and health information uploaded on behalf of yourself or another patient.

3. Medical Second Opinion Services

3.1 Nature of Service

abcHEALTH facilitates access to independent medical opinions from qualified healthcare professionals and specialists.

3.2 No Emergency Services

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, users must contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

3.3 Limitation of Medical Advice

Second opinions are based on records and information provided by the patient. abcHEALTH does not guarantee diagnosis accuracy, treatment outcomes, or clinical results. The final healthcare decision remains solely between the patient and the treating doctor.

3.4 Patient Responsibility

Users are responsible for uploading accurate and complete medical records, providing truthful medical history and details, and consulting their primary treating physician before changing treatment plans.

4. Medical Record Management

abcHEALTH may organize, structure, digitize, and securely store uploaded medical records to improve doctor review efficiency and future accessibility. By uploading records, you authorize abcHEALTH to:

  • Process and structure your medical documents.
  • Share records with authorized doctors, hospitals, and medical partners involved in your care coordination.
  • Maintain a digital repository for future access and reference.

Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate third-party rights or laws.

5. Medical Tourism Services

5.1 Scope

abcHEALTH may assist international and domestic patients with hospital coordination, doctor appointments, treatment planning, travel coordination support, accommodation guidance, and interpreter/support services.

5.2 No Treatment Guarantee

abcHEALTH does not guarantee treatment success, visa approvals, travel approvals, hospital admission acceptance, or specific medical outcomes. Medical treatment decisions remain under the authority of the treating hospital and doctor.

5.3 Travel Responsibility

Patients are solely responsible for passport and visa compliance, travel insurance, fitness to travel, local legal and immigration compliance, and personal travel expenses unless otherwise agreed.

6. Disease Reversal & Lifestyle Programs

abcHEALTH wellness and disease reversal programs are educational and lifestyle-support programs designed to assist users in improving overall health habits. These programs:

  • Do not replace medical treatment or emergency care.
  • Should not be considered guaranteed cures.
  • May include nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations, wellness coaching, and monitoring support.

Users should consult their physician before making significant dietary, exercise, or medication changes.

7. Corporate Wellness Services

Corporate wellness programs offered by abcHEALTH are intended for employee wellness, awareness, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle management. abcHEALTH:

  • Does not provide employment decisions or fitness certifications unless explicitly contracted.
  • Maintains participant confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and company agreements.
  • Aggregated wellness insights may be shared with organizations without revealing personally identifiable health data unless authorized by the participant.

8. Payments & Refunds

8.1 Fees

All fees for services are communicated prior to service confirmation.

8.2 Refund Policy

Fees paid for completed consultations, second opinions, or record processing are generally non-refundable.

In case of cancellation by the patient, charges paid towards medical record structuring, documentation review, administrative processing, technology usage, and convenience fees shall be strictly non-refundable, as these services begin immediately upon case initiation.

Refund eligibility for other service components, if applicable, shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. International banking charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion charges, and third-party transaction fees may also be non-refundable.

8.3 Currency & Taxes

Applicable taxes, transaction charges, and currency conversion fees may apply.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

abcHEALTH values patient confidentiality and data security. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal and medical information, secure storage of uploaded records, and sharing relevant information with authorized healthcare professionals and partners involved in your care.

abcHEALTH implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. Users are encouraged not to share login credentials with unauthorized persons.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the abcHEALTH website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and branding, is the intellectual property of abcHEALTH unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce or distribute content without permission, reverse engineer or misuse platform technology, or use abcHEALTH branding without written authorization.

11. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information; misuse healthcare services; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; use the platform for unlawful activities; or harass doctors, staff, hospitals, or other users. abcHEALTH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, abcHEALTH shall not be liable for medical outcomes or complications, delays caused by third-party providers, treatment decisions by doctors or hospitals, travel disruptions, technical interruptions, website downtime, or loss arising from reliance on second opinions or wellness recommendations. Users agree that healthcare decisions are made at their own discretion and risk.

13. Third-Party Services

abcHEALTH may collaborate with independent doctors, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, travel partners, or wellness experts. These entities operate independently, and abcHEALTH is not responsible for their clinical decisions, service quality, delays, negligence, or pricing changes.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless abcHEALTH, its directors, employees, doctors, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services, false information provided, violation of these Terms, or legal disputes involving third parties.

15. Modification of Services & Terms

abcHEALTH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services and update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai unless otherwise specified.
